How long does it take to ship?
Originals will be delivered within 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise noted. Prints will be delivered within 3-4 weeks.
How long will my print take to be delivered?
All prints are custom orders; therefore, please allow 3-4 weeks for production and delivery of your artwork if you live in the US. If you are an international customer, please allow 6 weeks to receive your artwork.
How long will an original painting that's featured on your website take to be delivered?
The completed original artworks on my website are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks depending on your location. If you are an international customer, please allow 6 weeks to receive your artwork.
Can I commission a painting?
Yes, I am currently taking commissions however openings are very limited. Contact me so we can start planning your own Pao Saenz original together.
Can I order a custom sized print?
It is possible to order custom print sizes. If you are interested in a print size that I do not offer on my website, please email me to discuss.
How long does it take to receive my commission painting?
The time range within which I can create your custom painting varies depending on the commission size, technique and my availability. The commission process takes anywhere from 45 to 60 days from start to finish.
How will my artwork be shipped?
All originals and canvas prints are carefully wrapped and packaged with foam or bubble wrap, and sent in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure safe delivery. Paper prints will come rolled in a thick cardboard tube.
Print Quality?
I am proud to own a business that chooses quality first. Always. Fine art reproductions are made print to order by a high-end print shop based in Florida. I’ve worked closely with them throughout the years and, trust me, they are seriously good at what they do. All print orders are individually shipped directly to my studio in Miami to be hand-signed and quality checked so that I can assemble them on a high quality wood panel to finish it with a UV high quality resin to be ship to you.Top of Form
How is a print created?
Our high-quality fine art prints have been professionally crafted from an original Pao Saenz Artwork and are scanned by a professional in a very high resolution.
The state-of-the-art format scan turns the original artwork into incredible, color accurate and stunningly detailed digital files ready for print.
Once the artwork has been printed it is then assembled on a wood panel to finally get a coat of UV resin of the highest quality in the market. Your finished artwork is then carefully packaged to be shipped. If you order an unframed print, it is carefully packaged in a protective cylinder.
International shipping?
I do ship originals and prints internationally. Unfortunately for us both, it can be expensive. I charge a flat rate based upon package weight and distance; however, please note that boarder fees, duties, and handling fees may be charged by other countries. If there are any unexpected duties or taxes received at customs, the customer must pay these but we have never had any issues with this in the past. I do everything that I can to minimize costs and make sure that your art gets to you safely, no matter where you’re located.
Rights and Copyright:
I retain all rights to all artwork that I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of all artwork I create unless the collector has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork (this is in addition to purchasing the original).
The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.
